What can Pete do to help you?
Running Training Plans- As a runner, Pete knows how important a training plan is. He can put together a week by week plan of mileage, types of runs and cross training. He will be there to make sure that you hit your targets.
What Pete Does- Pete has a background in athletics and is currently a semi professional runner. He competes throughout the year over distances from 5k to Half Mararthon. His preferred distance if Half Marathon, of which he has run over 30 since his first back in 2003.
One-to-One Training- Having assessed your fitnes and designed a programme, we can have regular training sessions to keep you focused on achieving your goals.
