<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Running Training Plans-</strong> </span>As a runner, Pete knows how important a training plan is.  He can put together a week by week plan of mileage, types of runs and cross training.  He will be there to make sure that you hit your targets.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>What Pete Does- </strong></span>Pete has a background in athletics and is currently a semi professional runner.  He competes throughout the year over distances from 5k to Half Mararthon.  His preferred distance if Half Marathon, of which he has run over 30 since his first back in 2003.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>One-to-One Training-</strong></span> Having assessed your fitnes and designed a programme, we can have regular training sessions to keep you focused on achieving your goals.</p>

<p>By the time that we get thirsty we&#8217;re already 1-2% dehydrated, meaning that our body has lost 1-2kg of fluids.</h6>
<h6>Fluid  levels are vital when training so try this-</h6>
<h6>Weigh yourself before your  training session, keep a record of what your drink during the session.</h6>
<h6>The total amount that you have sweated can then be worked out.</p>
<p>This is the difference in your boady weight plus the amaount of fluids you have taken in.</p>
<p>1kg = 1ltr of fluid.</p>
<p>Your goal is to finish your session the same weight that you starte.</p>

Men should aim to drink 2.5lts per day and ladies slightly less (this is without training).</h6>
