Our Enhanced Physiotherapy Assessment is a specialist service delivered by our Clinical Director Pete Tang. This appointment type is for complex conditions or for people that may want:
- A Point of Care Ultrasound Scan
- A longer appointment duration
- Specialist imaging knowledge and experience
The appointment is between 45-60 minutes in duration and includes:
- A detailed analysis of your problems and needs
- A Physical assessment and specialist testing
- Ultrasound imaging (where appropriate)
- Clear information about the next best steps for your treatment
Point of Care Ultrasound Imaging is an enhanced assessment technique used in the assessment of soft tissue injuries. Real time Ultrasound images can help better identify the cause of your pain and guide treatment. We are proud to be one of the few clinics able to offer this service to our patients.
