Running Related Pain
Running related pain is common. The majority of runners will experience some pain that affects them or stops them from running at some point. The range of injuries and conditions that affects runners are numerous. Common complaints are usually knee pain, achilles problems or Plantar Fasciitis. Running can affect other areas too, such as back pain, neck pain or shoulder issues.
The key to treating running injuries is to understand runners. Of course a sound understanding of anatomy and physiology is a must too!

Tendon Problems
Tendon problems (tendonitis / tendonopathy) are one of the most common conditions we treat. The cause for the majority of tendon issues is multifactoral, but there is often a key trigger for a flair up.
At the clinic we know that careful questioning and assessment is paramount to truely understand the complexities of tendon disorders.
