It is particularly good for people suffering with Lower Back Pain.  From beginners to elite athletes, if you’re looking to improve your strength, fitness or simply want a class that helps you feel revived and refreshed; then Pilates is the class for you.

How can Pilates help me?

  • Increases flexibility
  • Improves posture
  • Reduce back pain
  • Develop muscular control
  • Increases circulation
  • Relieves tension
  • Promotes relaxtation
  • Reduces the risk of injury
  • Improves functional fitness for everyday life

We offer a promotional intensive starter course consisting of 3 Pilates 1-2-1 sessions.  These sessions are an ideal introduction to a first timer or a novice.  The course introduces you the basic elements and concepts of Pilates in a progressive way.  It gradually builds up adding in further challange at yur pace and ability.

Once the course is complete you will have a much greater understanding of how Pilates movements should be performed and ‘felt’ giving you better results and enabling you to participate in our Group sessions.

In fact many people choose our intensive starter course to refresh their understanding of Pilates (even those with years of practice).

Many people prefer the bespoke nature of 1-2-1 sessions rather than a group environment.

1-2-1 sessions will challange you more and will be tailored specifically to your needs.  They offer greater flexibility of appointment times and can be used to suppliment other forms of training or group sessions.

How do our Classes run?

  • Each class is 45 minutes long, broken up into a warm up, main exercises and a cool down. Class sizes are small (6 max per class) to ensure your instructor can give you the attention you need, to make sure you are using the correct technique and to provide you with individual feedback.
  • Small equipment such as Balls, Therabands and Foam Rollers are incorporated into the classes to either aid or challenge you during the class.

Why chose us?

  • Your class will be led by a fully trained Pilates instructor who is also an Injury Rehab Specialist. With their knowledge of how the body works and of your condition, they can modify your exercise to best suit your ability and fitness levels. This ensures your exercise will be safe and effective for you.
