Getting in to running – bad habits.

Lockdown is certainly changing the way we behave and is affecting everypart of our daily lives.  The nice weather has cetainly been welcome if not fustrating that we can’t do more.

Its been great to see lots of new runners out there enjoying the sun and practicing safe social distancing.
