£35-42K Basic Salary full time depending on experience

Our Clinics

North Bristol – Riverside Leisure Club

  • 4 treatment rooms, Pilates studio with Reformer, and access to full gym facilities
  • Ideal for functional rehab, return-to-sport, and performance-focused care
  • Tools include Shockwave, Compex EMS, Running Analysis, and Point-of-Care Ultrasound

Chepstow – High Street Location

  • 2 well-equipped treatment rooms and gym space
  • Strong local presence with easy community access and nearby parking
  • Services include Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Massage, and Pilates

Your Role

You’ll manage your own caseload across a mix of acute, chronic, and post-operative conditions. Whether you’re helping someone return to sport or simply move without pain, your role is to educate, encourage, and deliver care that truly makes a difference.

You’ll be empowered to do your best work — not rushed through back-to-back appointments. We believe time, trust, and communication are vital for successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with 3+ years’ experience, including recent MSK
  • Confident in assessment, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehab
  • Committed to providing ethical, professional, and client-centred care
  • A strong communicator who enjoys helping people understand their condition and feel part of the process
  • Private practice experience welcome but not essential — the right attitude is more important
